Removal of wrinkles by Botulotoxin

With a thin needle the doctor applies an appropriate amount of botulotoxin to the area of the expressive wrinkles. The smoothing effect of the wrinkles will be visible 2 to 5 days after application.

The wrinkles are erased for about 4 to 5 months. It is possible to repeat the procedure after that period.

Botulotoxin has the ability to attach itself at the nerve endings. The muscle remains relaxed and wrinkles stop forming at the point of application.

Filling of wrinkles with Hyaluronic Acid

The doctor applies Hyaluronic Acid, most commonly between the eyebrows or the lines between the nose and upper lips. The wrinkles are thus erased.

It is possible to apply Hyaluronic Acid on a flat surface with the Vital Injector instrument for deep hydration of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté.

The effect is immediate and lasts for 12 to 18 months. It is possible to repeat the procedure after that period.

Hyaluronic Acid is used to fill out wrinkles and slight asymmetric features. It attaches to water, which allows for deep tissue hydration. There is only minimal convalescence.

Removal of wrinkles with the eMatrix instrument

An anaesthetic cream is applied to the treated area, after that, the area is thoroughly cleaned and micropiny heads (fractional grid) are evenly applied to the surface of the skin. Radiofrequency pulses run through the applicator. You will only feel a slight warming of your skin during the application.

After the application, calming cream is applied to the skin. You should keep applying it for the next 5 days.

After the micro scabs are peeled off, the skin will be smooth, have a unified colour and be without pores, pigmentation and wrinkles.

The applicator transfers bipolar radiofrequency energy through the matrix of the electrodes. The application of the fractional energy to the effected area causes ablation and significant dermatological tightening of the skin. The application causes rejuvenating and intensive healing processes in the dermis (the skin layer immediately under the surface skin layer) with a minimal damage to the epidermis (the uppermost layer of the skin).

Convalescence

You should avoid any intensive movement after a botox application for about 4 hours. You should particularly avoid bending forward and lying down.

There are no other restrictions with the Hyaluronic Acid method.

With the eMatrix, we recommend skin care with healing cream (e.g. Cicalfate, Ciciplast) for at least the first 4 days.

The treated skin will at first appear reddish. Very small scabs that are formed during the first two days begin to peel off.

It is not suitable to use water for 24 hours after the treatment. You can use make-up on the second day. We recommend using a cream with protection level SPF 50+.

Depending on the condition of your skin, we recommend undergoing the E matrix treatment 2 to 3 times in 4-6-week intervals. Afterwards, we recommend application eMatrix as a maintenance treatment once every 6 months.

After 5 to 7 days, the skin will look distinctively younger and evenly coloured; without pores and fine wrinkles. The effect of tightening of the skin will be visible two months after application.
