Magnification with hyaluronic acid
After applying local anaesthetic, the doctor applies an appropriate amount of special Hyaluronic Acid to the lips. This HA is specially designed for lips, the filling is soft and smooth so there are no lumps. To achieve a youthful and symmetrical appearance, the lower lip must be 20% fuller then the upper lip. A cold compress is applied immediately after the procedure to eliminate swelling.
Surgical method V Y
The surgical method V Y has two phases. With two operations, the inner mucous membrane of the lips is moved upwards and sideways. The procedure is done under a local anaesthetic so it is painless.
The cut is done on the inside of the lips so no scars or surgical marks are visible. Even after the procedure there are no signs of the surgical intervention on the outer lips. After about 2-3 months after the healing, we enlarge the lips in the second phase (another incision). This method will also widen the sides of the lips. Even after the second operation there are no apparent marks of surgical procedure. The enlargement by the V Y method is very gentle and permanent. The upper lip is enlarged by approximately 25 -30%.
Convalescence
You should avoid any intensive movement after a botox application for about 4 hours. You should particularly avoid bending forward and lying down.
There are no other restrictions with the Hyaluronic Acid method.
With all lip enlargement method there will be 2-3-day swelling.
It is possible to minimise the swelling with cold compresses.
