Process of procedure

During an endoscopic lift, the plastic surgeon puts in a special optical instrument which allows for insertion of surgical instruments only with minimal (about 1cm) cuts in the hairline.

The doctor lifts a deeper surface structure SMAS and fixes it. A long-term effect of this lift is thus achieved.

Endoscopic lift is performed under local anesthetic or analgosedation for your comfort.

The procedure lasts between 1 to 2 hours. After the procedure the patient returns home.

Method – MIVEL (Minimal Incisions Vertical Endoscopic Lifting)

MIVEL is an endoscopic method of facelift by which we can achieve a natural rejuvenation of the upper part of the face with small incisions in the hairline painlessly and with a short convalescence period.

Endoscopic lift doesn’t mean the smoothing of the skin but a relocation of deep skin structure SMAS. Thanks to this, a natural and long-lasting restoration of a youthful face is achieved.

Removal of wrinkles with the eMatrix instrument

An anaesthetic cream is applied to the treated area, after that, the area is thoroughly cleaned and micropiny heads (fractional grid) are evenly applied to the surface of the skin. Radiofrequency pulses run through the applicator. You will only feel a slight warming of your skin during the application.

After the application, calming cream is applied to the skin. You should keep applying it for the next 5 days.

After the micro scabs are peeled off, the skin will be smooth, have a unified colour and be without pores, pigmentation and wrinkles.

The applicator transfers bipolar radiofrequency energy through the matrix of the electrodes. The application of the fractional energy to the effected area causes ablation and significant dermatological tightening of the skin. The application causes rejuvenating and intensive healing processes in the dermis (the skin layer immediately under the surface skin layer) with a minimal damage to the epidermis (the uppermost layer of the skin).

Convalescence

After the procedure, you will have a slight swelling in the area of your temples that can be easily hidden by your hair.

For faster healing and even faster disappearance of the swelling, you can use Aescin and apply cool bandages. With endoscopic lift there are almost no bruises.

Calm domestic regime is recommended for 5 – 7 days. You can return to your light tasks after a week.

Swelling usually disappears within a week to 10 days. You can use make –up already on second day.

You leave the clinic after the procedure with an immediate effect, without bandages, without the “just had an operation” look but instead looking distinctly younger and more beautiful.
