Process of procedure

An anaesthetic cream is applied to the treated or pigmented area, after that, the area is cleaned and micropin heads (fractional grid) is evenly applied to the surface of the skin.

Radiofrequency pulses run through the applicator. Due to the anaesthetic cream, you will only feel the warming of your skin.

After the application calming cream is applied to the skin. You should keep applying it for the next 5 days. After the micro scabs are peeled off, the skin will have a unified colour and be without pigmentation.

The tightening of the skin will continue for the next two months thanks to the commencement of creation of collagen in the skin.

Method – Fractional laser eMatrix

The applicator transfers bipolar radiofrequency energy through the matrix of the electrodes.

The application of the fractional energy to the effected area causes ablation and significant dermatological shrinking of the skin (tightening of skin).

The application of eMatrix causes rejuvenating and intensive healing processes in the dermis (the skin layer immediately under the surface skin layer).

All this happens with minimal damage to the epidermis (the uppermost layer of the skin).

Convalescence

We recommend skin care with healing cream (Cicalfate, Ciciplast) for at least the first 4 days. The treated skin will at first appear reddish. Micropin (very small scabs) that are formed during the first two days begin to peel off. It is not suitable to use water for 24 hours after the treatment. You can use make-up on the second day. We recommend using a cream with protection level SPF 50+.

Depending on the condition of the pigmentation, we recommend undergoing the E matrix treatment 2 to 3 times in 4-6-week intervals. Afterwards, we recommend application eMatrix as a maintenance treatment once every 6 months. After 5 to 7 days, the skin will look distinctively younger and evenly coloured; pigmentation will be less visible, without pores and fine wrinkles. The effect of tightening of the skin will be visible two months after application.
