Process of procedure
Neck lift – plastic operation of the neck – is performed under a local anesthetic.
By removing excess skin and fat in the neck area and by shaping muscles, the plastic surgeon can achieve dramatic changes of the overall appearance of the neck and face.
Incisions are carefully planned and guided behind the ear, and continue into the hairline. In case it is necessary to remove excess fat and loose skin from a double chin, a tiny incision is cut under the chin and the fatty pillows are removed. The profile, chin and neck gain a clearly defined line.
The scars are not visible with this method. The procedure lasts approximately 2 hours.
Neck lift is often combined with a facelift.
The procedure is performed under a local anesthetic or analgosedation for your comfort. For a better and faster healing we use tissue glue.
Method – QuickLift
The creator and pioneer of this method is the American plastic surgeon Dominic A. Brandy.
QuickLift replaces old-fashioned techniques of traditional facelifts under full anesthetic and long convalescence. QuickLift also tightens the skin at the lower part of the neck.

Method – SERDEV Suture LiftLift
The method was introduced into practice by Dr. Nikolay Serdev, M.D., and Ph.D., one of the most appreciated plastic surgeons in the world.

Convalescence
Healing lasts a week to 10 days. It is necessary to maintain an undemanding
Swelling will begin to subside by the third day after the procedure and will be absorbed by about the tenth day. The bruises will disappear by about day 10 to 14 after the procedure.
For a faster healing we recommend using the medication Aesin and to apply cooling compresses.
Procedures that can be conducted concurrently
An endoscopic lift can be done at the same time as other procedures thanks to which you will feel even younger and more beautiful. These are, for example:

Mrs Pavlína, 50 years of age
Mrs Pavlína was troubled by her wilted, wrinkled neck. We performed QuickLift, which not only beautifully smoothed out the complete neck, but also the whole lower and middle part of the face.
The result is a very clear, but at the same time natural, rejuvenation of the whole face. The double chin, already visible in the profile, was also removed by the procedure.
